The effects of drinking tea
I have always felt much more productive after drinking tea, so I wondered what effects tea has on my blood pressure and heart rate. This is the result measured at 10-minute intervals!

Milk first or later
Some research has reported the optimal drinking temperatures to be around 60 degrees C (plus/minus 8.3 degrees C to include the preference for roughly 68% of the population because not everyone agrees on a temperature. Of course there are still outliers; a friend of mine drinks at 78 degrees C!).

The pH of my food stuffs
A student once asked me “what’s the pH of chicken nuggets”? I was caught out! I have never considered the pH of things I eat… So I decided to test some! Here is a selection of liquids and food that I could find in my flat. Unfortunately, I don’t keep chicken nuggets…
